Where to Park:
There is limited parking on Foothill Blvd. However, there are spaces in the front of the shop as well as parking in the rear of the shop.
About Us:
We are unique in that we are happy to order specific yarns for you from the available vendors, if you do not see the color in the shop. We are happy to set up private consultation when picking colors/yarns to accommodate your schedule.
We will have great new knitting bags and totes to carry all of your fabulous fibers.
Gina Carlson is the resident crocheter at the cottage and has had several crochet designs published.
During the Yarn Crawl:
Thursday Kick off event….Stay tuned via the website and Twitter.
Colors and Bourgee Boutique will partner and feature a knitted shawl with Pagewood Farm yarn and Mountain Colors.
We will Have several Yarn Tastings during the crawl: The yarn tasting will allow individuals to knit a small swatch with the yarn of interest. The yarns will be available for purchase as well.
Friday Brown Sheep – Serendipity Tweed and Cotton Fleece. There will also be a trunk show featuring garments made from these yarns.
Saturday Mountain Colors Twizzle and Wool crepe. Sample garments of winter lace and barefoot will also be available.
Aslan Trends Yarn will be available for tasting as well: Alpaca, King Baby Lama, Plumon, Lecco, and Litoral Sparkle
SAT (4/13) 4-6pm we will have wine and cheese for our late afternoon guests.
Sunday Yarn Tasting: Revisiting any of the yarns that were tasted during the crawl.
Every Morning of the Crawl, we will have morning pastries and libations.
Every day of the crawl, the first 25 Guests to the cottage will win a door prize.
At the end of the Crawl we will be auctioning off a knitters/crocheters basket.
